Outer space outlaws

I wonder why the good alien was trying to learn English if he was living in a land where they use code if he learnt English would he move his home to a place where they don't use code or would he teach his entire kingdom how to speak English. If he was to teach his whole entire Kingdom English it would be in a mother 2-3 years because he does not now how to speak  English very we'll him self because he says the words or should I say sentences backwards
